1 Hauz Khas Village

Hauz Khas Village becomes second home for all South Campus students. It’s a cluster of really cool restaurants and cafes such as Moonshine, imperfect, bunk house, levels, etc. From Spanish and Italian, to Thai and North there are plenty of options. The fort, lake and deer park are nice places to chill. Hauz khas fort is a popular location for photoshoots. There are fashion boutiques in the small lanes and also chumbak store.It is also famous for street food.
2 South Extension Market 
What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you think South Ex? The Bhelpuri and Sevpuri of course! The King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan used to come here regularly during his college days. South Extension is a posh market area and you’ll find a bunch of branded stores here as well as a number of jewellers. The market is also famous for good footwear and trendy accessories. The market remains closed on Mondays.
3 Sarojini Nagar
If you like street shopping and can haggle well , there’s no place like SN. From stylish clothes and bags, to trendy footwear and fashionable jewellery; you’ll find it here. It’s usually very crowded unless you go at around 11 am. But there are perks of reaching early- more variety, least possible prices and less crowd. You’ll also find Haldirams, Subway, Dominos and Mc Donalds in a mall adjacent to the market.
4 Satya Niketan Market
This is where you go when you want really good food. Some of the all-time favourite’s include momos at QD’s ,burgers at Big Yellow Door, hookah at outsiders cafe and brownie shake at woodbox cafe. There are a number of stalls, particularly 34 Chowringhee Lane offering street food, like rolls that are affordable and delicious at the same time. Hashtag Cafe is another popular hangout and the pasta and desserts here are a must try.
5 Dilli Haat
Want to have something crafty? Then visit dilli haat. Sprawling outdoor market offering a colorful array of handmade goods & regional food specialties. It is an open-air food plaza and craft bazaar. Unlike the traditional weekly market, the village Haat, Dilli Haat is permanent. There are different themes followed and are changed with specific interval of time and according to the theme certain programmes are also organised. Dilli haat is also famous for momos which are available on Sikkim stall.
6 Select Citywalk and DLF Place
Escape Delhi’s scorching heat and instead hang out with your friends at two of Delhi’s most happening malls. You will find a variety of high end brands like Guess and Burberry and other fashion labels like Forever 21, Zara and Mac here. Both the malls have movie theatres, so you can catch the latest movies! There’s also a flea market on Wednesdays at Select Citywalk where brands offers products at subsidized rates. Big Chill in DLF Place is all time favourite for food within college goers.
6 Amar Colony Market
Amar colony is Popular among students from Lady Sri Ram College for Women, Amar Colony Market boasts of lip-smacking grub in town. From sit-in cafes to street food stalls, the market is a one-stop destination to satiate hunger pangs, and woh bhi sastey mein!
7 GK-1 and Anand Lok
Frequented by students from Gargi College, Kamala Nehru College and Lady Sri Ram College, Greater Kailash 1 is a hotspot of all the latest fashion trends. Apart from dresses and trendy tops, students also enjoy tangy chaat, steaming momos and cold coffee in the market. Students from Gargi and Kamala Nehru also frequent the Anand Lok Market, which is situated right opposite these colleges. There are two restaurants, Diggin and Mithapur (previously Mithas Cafe) where students love to go for a good meal and a relaxed evening.
